Legal
Privacy Policy
Northpath ("we," "I," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers the website only — work performed under a signed engagement is governed by that separate agreement.
Information I collect
- Information you send me. When you submit the contact form or email me, I receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, business name, and message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, my hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the site.
- No advertising trackers. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell your data. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to say so.
How I use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether and how I can help.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
To run the site, a few trusted providers may process limited data on my behalf:
- Form delivery. Contact-form submissions are delivered to me through a form-handling service (e.g., Web3Forms). They process the submission solely to deliver it.
- Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of loading the font files.
- Hosting. The site is served by a static web host that processes standard request logs.
Data retention
I keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain our correspondence, then delete them on request. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with me. Email hello@northpath.co and I'll take care of it.
Security
I take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
